History

Global 78 was founded in 2011 by Andrew Morgan as an independent research and advisory practice able to benefit from the wide-ranging nature of his operational and advisory experience. It uses an associate business model to respond most effectively to the variety of client requirements.

His professional background includes development of global supply chain strategies; logistics planning and implementation; cost and service audits; and provision of advice on order processes, inventory management, materials handling, warehouse design and location, and freight transport.

Commercial sectors served include agribusiness, food manufacture, grocery retail, port operations, engineering, information technology, and third-party contract logistics. Projects have been undertaken across the UK and Ireland, continental Europe, northern India, and South America (mainly Brazil).
